I provide digital assets, including presentation templates, social media visuals, and business templates. I design print projects, including business cards and promotional materials.

Creating programs and providing care for patients with chronic conditions.  

I provide medication therapy and diabetes disease management services for associates and families of a regional grocery store chain.  I develop patient experiences to increase engagement, support behavior change, and improve health outcomes.
